About The Position

Inspire Early Education is hiring caring, experienced childcare teachers for MapleLeaf Childcare Center – Malta North in Ballston Spa, New York. Openings include School Age Teacher, Lead Infant Teacher, Lead Toddler Teacher, and Floating Teachers for all age groups. Teachers create warm, safe, and engaging classrooms; use a play-based curriculum; and support children’s growth, confidence, and development. They build relationships with children and families, keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards, and collaborate with the team. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Nice To Haves

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
