About The Position

Inspire Early Education is seeking passionate and experienced Childcare Teachers to join their team at the Maple Leaf Childcare Center in Malta South. The role focuses on creating a joyful, inclusive environment where children and educators can flourish. The Lead Infant Teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom, implementing a play-based curriculum, supporting children's development, building relationships with families, and maintaining classrooms in compliance with state standards. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements

Nice To Haves

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education
• Bilingual in Spanish
