The Child Support Specialist - Establishment utilizes critical thinking to establish, modify, enforce, and collect Child Support obligations by making decisions for an optimal outcome for each individual case while following Colorado and Federal guidelines. SCHEDULE: This position generally operates on either a four-day work week (Monday-Thursday), or a five-day work week (Monday-Friday). This position is hybrid, with some in-office work, as required due to trainings and/or staff meetings. Please note during training, all work will be required to be completed in-office. Flexible schedule and remote work eligibility will be determined by supervisor based on work performance. COMPENSATION: Hiring Range: $26.00 – $28.00 USD Hourly Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills.
