The DHS’ Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) is seeking candidates to fill the position of Child Support Services Agent 2, this position will report to a Child Support Services Agent Supervisor. This position is located in Cordele (Crisp County), GA.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of direct job-related experience.
• One (1) year of experience at the lower-level Child Support Services Agent 1 (SST060) or position equivalent.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met.
• Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, correspondence and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met.
• Manages a caseload to ensure that child support obligations are met.
• Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
