About The Position

The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program helps children receive financial support and promotes stable childhoods and brighter futures. The Child Support Program Case Processing Analyst performs customer support and attends court for child support cases. The position involves initiating and responding to requests, coordinating with internal and external partners, researching and resolving case issues, gathering and analyzing case information to determine next steps, assisting customers, preparing for and attending court, interacting with legal services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners, and making decisions based on case information and documentation. The position is located in Crestview, Florida, and may require routine travel for court. The standard workday is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Experience processing information using a computer system.
Experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
