About The Position

This is a part-time position in the Child Nutrition Department, working 4.0 hours per day for 184 days. The daily schedule is from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Responsibilities may include preparing, cooking, and serving food, including baking, main dishes, and salads. Other duties involve working in the dish room, cashiering, cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, dishes, utensils, equipment, and machines. Inventory, storage, and stocking duties may also be part of the role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
• Must be physically working in the building

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve foods
• Baking, main dish, salad, dish room, and cashier duties
• Cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, dishes, utensils, equipment, and machines
• Inventory, storage, and some stocking duties
