About The Position

This is a part-time position in the Child Nutrition Department, working 184 days a year for 4.5 hours per day, from 9:15 am to 1:45 pm. The role involves a rotation of duties including food preparation, cooking, serving, baking, salad preparation, dishwashing, and cashiering. Responsibilities also include cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, dishes, utensils, equipment, and machines, as well as inventory, storage, and stocking duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Must be physically working in the building.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve foods.
• Baking, main dish preparation, salad preparation, dish room duties, and cashiering.
• Cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, dishes, utensils, equipment, and machines.
• Inventory, storage, and some stocking duties.
