About The Position

BrightPath Kids is seeking a Certified Infant Teacher for its Medway, Massachusetts center. The teacher works side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in care, following NAEYC guidelines. The role includes overseeing programs and activities across multiple classrooms, mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers, and creating developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles. The teacher partners with families to plan care and education and communicates effectively with parents and guardians about their child.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Nice To Haves

• 2 or more years of experience in a licensed child care facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
