About The Position

Little Sprouts LLC is seeking a passionate Assistant Teacher for its Natick School. The role supports children’s well-being and learning in a year-round early education and care setting. Teachers use a child-centered approach and facilitate social-emotional, STEAM, and nature-based activities. Regular communication with families helps foster collaborative growth. The school community emphasizes teamwork, patience, communication, continuous learning, and consistent care as educators develop their classroom routines and skills.

The location operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; operating hours are subject to change. Little Sprouts is part of Babilou Family, a global early education network, and operates schools across New England.

Requirements

• Pass required state and company background checks.
• Have a high school diploma or GED, or be enrolled in classes.
• Adhere to company policies and EEC regulations.
• Be able to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
• Be able to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times a day.
