About The Position

Vista Counseling is hiring a Child and Family Therapist to support children, teens, and their families in Bend and Central Oregon. Clients may need help with anxiety, school stress, behavioral challenges, or major life changes. The intake team matches therapists with the ages and concerns that best fit their experience. After-school availability is especially helpful. Therapists set their own caseload goal and hours, with a minimum of 18 client sessions per week. Pay is per session and scales with the chosen goal, which can range from 18 to 30 sessions per week. For a full-time caseload of 24 clients per week, stated annual compensation is approximately $78,374 for associates or pre-licensed master's-level therapists, $87,360–$97,344 for licensed master's-level therapists, and $99,216–$109,200 for psychologists. Annual pay estimates use 52 weeks and include paid sick leave/PTO. The Boost Program guarantees the first three months of pay at the therapist's caseload goal, worth up to $19,600–$24,300 for master's-level therapists or $24,800–$27,300 for psychologists. Vista Counseling is locally owned and has operated since 2002. It is a W-2 employer with owners who live in Bend and no private-equity, hospital, or insurance-company ownership. The organization states a commitment to addressing implicit bias and racism, supporting communities of color and people from diverse backgrounds, lifelong learning, openness to feedback, and meaningful action. Vista is an equal opportunity employer.
