Vista Counseling is hiring a Child and Family Therapist for its Eugene office to support children and their families with anxiety, school stress, behavioral challenges, and major life changes. The intake team matches therapists with client ages and concerns suited to their strengths. After-school availability is especially helpful. Therapists set their own weekly session goal and hours, with a minimum of 18 client sessions per week and a goal range of 18–30 sessions. Full-time benefits begin at 24 sessions per week. Compensation is paid per session and scales with the therapist’s chosen goal. Annual pay estimates are calculated over 52 weeks and include paid sick leave/PTO. Vista is a locally owned, Oregon family-owned practice established in 2002, with W-2 employment and no private equity, hospital, or insurance company ownership. The Boost Program guarantees the first three months of pay at the therapist’s caseload goal. For therapists with a master’s degree, the guarantee is worth up to $17,700–$21,200; for psychologists, it is worth $22,900–$25,400. At a full-time caseload of 24 clients per week, listed compensation is $56.80 per session (about $70,886 per year) for associate/pre-licensed master’s-level therapists, $60.00–$68.00 per session (about $74,880–$84,864 per year) for licensed master’s-level therapists, and $73.50–$81.50 per session (about $91,728–$101,712 per year) for psychologists. Vista states a commitment to addressing implicit bias and racism and supporting communities of color and people from diverse backgrounds through humility, lifelong learning, openness to feedback, and meaningful action. The company is an equal opportunity employer.
