•$40,000 - $85,000•Onsite

About The Position

Blackbird Health is hiring an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. The role is performed onsite alongside an interdisciplinary team, with clinical supervision and administrative support provided by Blackbird. Therapists receive dedicated, board-approved supervision hours toward independent licensure at no cost. The position is offered as either a W2 full-time or W2 part-time role. The full-time option has a $65,000–$70,000 base salary and requires 36 hours of scheduled clinical availability to support 28 completed direct-care hours per week. It offers four-day schedule options, such as 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, with at least 20 weekly core hours during peak evening and/or weekend periods. The part-time option has a $40,000 base salary plus a $65 incentive for each completed session beyond the 17-hour baseline. It requires 20 contracted hours per week, including 17 completed direct-care hours, all scheduled in peak core windows. Both options are 100% onsite. Blackbird handles credentialing, billing, insurance, and the electronic medical record so therapists can focus on patient care. A guaranteed caseload allows the therapist to begin seeing patients without building a caseload independently. The organization describes its approach as whole-child care, considering the interaction of brain, body, and behavior to address underlying causes of challenges.
