About The Position

Blackbird Health is a clinician-founded, owned, and operated organization dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents. We offer virtual and in-person services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and Maryland, with plans for expansion. Our approach focuses on the whole child, examining the interplay of brain, body, and behavior to address the root causes of challenges. We are a collaborative, supportive, and innovative team committed to improving pediatric mental health care. This role involves delivering evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, with full clinical supervision and administrative support provided. You will work on-site with an interdisciplinary team and receive dedicated clinical supervision hours toward independent licensure.

Requirements

Active provisionally licensed / associate credential in VA, MD, or NJ (e.g., Resident in Counseling, LGPC, LMSW, SiSW, LPC-R, LSW, MFT-Associate) working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
1+ year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adult patients.
Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic presence.
Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
Receive full clinical supervision and administrative support from Blackbird.
Work on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team.
Receive dedicated clinical supervision hours toward independent licensure.
Provide impactful care to young patients and their families.
