About The Position

Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. The role provides full clinical supervision and administrative support, and works on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team. Therapists receive dedicated clinical supervision hours toward independent licensure while delivering care to young patients and their families. Blackbird handles credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR, and provides a guaranteed caseload. The role is offered as either W2 full-time or W2 part-time. The full-time option pays a base salary of $65,000–$70,000 and involves 36 hours of scheduled clinical availability to support 28 completed direct-care hours per week. It offers four-day workweek schedules, such as 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, with at least 20 core hours per week during peak evening and/or weekend periods. The part-time option pays a $40,000 base salary, plus a $65 incentive for completed sessions beyond the 17-hour baseline. It involves 20 contracted hours per week supporting 17 completed direct-care hours, with all hours scheduled during peak core windows. Both options are 100% onsite. The organization provides clinical supervision and administrative support, and describes its care model as whole-child, considering how the brain, body, and behavior interact to address underlying causes of challenges.
