About The Position

Blackbird Health is hiring an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. The role includes full clinical supervision and administrative support, with the therapist working on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team and earning dedicated supervision hours toward independent licensure. Blackbird handles credentialing, billing, insurance, and electronic medical records, and provides a guaranteed caseload. The position is available as either a full-time or part-time W2 role. Full-time therapists have 36 hours of scheduled clinical availability to support 28 completed direct-care hours per week, with four-day schedules such as 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM. Part-time therapists have 20 contracted hours per week to support 17 completed direct-care hours, with an additional $65 per completed session beyond that baseline. Both schedules require peak-hour availability after 3:00 PM on weekdays and/or weekends, and the work is 100% onsite. Blackbird Health provides board-approved clinical supervision at no cost to full-time employees and includes clinical supervision for part-time employees. The organization describes its approach as whole-child care, considering how the brain, body, and behavior interact to address root causes.
