About The Position
As an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist at Blackbird Health, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers with full clinical supervision and administrative support provided by Blackbird. Working on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team, you’ll receive dedicated clinical hours toward independent licensure while delivering impactful care to young patients and their families.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania license: LSW, LAPC, or pre-licensed candidate working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
- Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision and team collaboration.
- Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
- Provide clinical supervision and administrative support.
- Work on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team.
