Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist - Outpatient
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists for outpatient clinical work at offices in the greater Portland, Oregon area. Psychiatrists provide care for children and adolescents, with medication management and psychotherapy experience, in a hybrid model that offers telemedicine and in-person flexibility. The role is fully outpatient, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. The position offers flexible work schedules, full-time and part-time options, administrative support, modern offices, digital technology, and a collegial work environment. Compensation is productivity-based and may exceed $408,000–$467,000 per year, with no cap. LifeStance Health provides evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare services in clinics and through telemedicine.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in the state of Oregon.
- Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC).
- Unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy.
- Experience working with children and adolescents or across the lifespan.

Responsibilities
