About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children and adolescents. The role is hybrid, with two to three days in the office and one to two days remote, and is 100% outpatient, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. The position offers flexible scheduling, a collegial work environment, modern offices, administrative support, and digital technology. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $296,000–$400,999, and a sign-on bonus and cash incentive bonus are offered.

The position serves the Salt Lake City area, with locations in Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, and Draper. LifeStance Health provides evidence-based, medically driven outpatient care in person and through telemedicine. Requirements

• Be fully licensed in Utah.
• Be board eligible or board certified as a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist.
• Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Have completed a psychiatry residency program or be close to completing one.
• Have experience in both medication management and therapy.

• Spanish-speaking or bilingual ability is a plus.
