About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists in Washington for outpatient behavioral healthcare. The role is suited to psychiatrists passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Psychiatrists provide medication management and therapy for children and adolescents. The position offers full-time and part-time options, with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday and weekends optional. Work can be in person or hybrid, at offices throughout the area, including a recently opened Federal Way office. LifeStance Health provides a compensation package with uncapped earning potential and a productivity-based compensation model.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Washington.
- Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Be board certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Reside in Washington.
Responsibilities
