About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide outpatient mental healthcare in Washington. The role is part of a clinical team serving children, adolescents, and adults through evidence-based, medically driven treatment, in person at clinics and through telemedicine. The position offers in-person and hybrid flexibility, flexible scheduling, and part-time or full-time options. A new office has opened in Federal Way, and locations throughout the area are intended to make commuting easier. The compensation package includes a stated range of $363,000–$467,000, with a productivity-based compensation model and uncapped earning potential. The position is W-2 employed and includes a sign-on bonus, cash-based incentive program, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with a 4% match, CEUs, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends optional.

Requirements

Be fully licensed in Washington.
Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
Be board certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
Reside in Washington.
