Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist (Outpatient)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The role offers flexible work schedules, with full-time and part-time availability, and a mix of telemedicine and in-person care. Work is 100% outpatient, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Compensation is productivity-based and may exceed $345,000–$385,000 per year, with no cap. The role includes full administrative support, modern offices, digital technology, and an optional opportunity for additional compensation through collaboration with mid-level clinicians. LifeStance Health provides evidence-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults through its clinics and telemedicine services. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of local clinics.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in the state of Kentucky.
- Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC).
- Must have an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy.
- Experience working with children and adolescents or across the lifespan.
- Must reside within commuting distance of local clinics.
