Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma with documented experience in child, family, or juvenile justice services.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Availability to work second shift only, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s emotional, physical, and social well-being through ongoing monitoring and care.
• Observe and document children’s behavior, academic progress, and home environment to inform support.
• Guide complex cases from intake and assessment through service planning and follow-up.
• Assess situations and develop practical solutions to help families overcome barriers.
• Partner with families, schools, agencies, and community organizations to coordinate support.
• Transport clients using a personal vehicle as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program standards.
