Child & Adolsecent Therapist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT
About The Position
Pathways for Change – Children’s Counseling Center is seeking exceptional Pennsylvania-licensed LPCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs who genuinely love working with children and adolescents and want to become highly skilled in their field. The center invests heavily in its clinicians through ongoing specialized training, continuing education, clinical consultation, and opportunities to develop a true area of expertise. Clinicians will not be expected to figure everything out on their own and will have access to experienced clinical leadership and consultation. The center offers beautiful, child-centered therapy spaces and significant investment in specialized and niche training. The ideal candidate will have strong afternoon and evening availability, generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, as families need support after school.
Requirements
- Pennsylvania-licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Genuine love for working with children and adolescents.
- Desire to become highly skilled in clinical work.
- Ability to provide strong afternoon and evening availability (3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday).
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to children and adolescents.
- Develop a true area of expertise in clinical work.
- Participate in ongoing specialized training and continuing education.
- Engage in clinical consultation.
- Be available in the afternoons and evenings, generally between 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
