About The Position

Chief Revenue Cycle Officer (CRCO) Executive Leadership Large Medical Practice Direct Hire In office- San Antonio, TX A large, well-established medical practice is seeking a Chief Revenue Cycle Officer (CRCO) to join their executive team. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will have direct impact on financial performance, operational strategy, and overall organizational growth. If you’re someone who enjoys driving results, building strong teams, and optimizing complex revenue cycle operations , this could be a strong fit. What You’ll Own You will have full oversight of the end-to-end revenue cycle , including: Patient access, coding, billing, collections, and denial management Strategy to increase net revenue and improve cash flow Reducing A/R days and improving overall revenue cycle KPIs Leading process improvements and system-wide efficiencies Partnering closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will be leading transformation while also ensuring day-to-day performance stays on track. Requirements

  • 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle leadership
