Chief of Staff
About The Position
A SaaS startup has successfully grown from concept to over 300 enterprise customers and achieved mid 7-figure ARR in the last two years. To facilitate further growth from 1-100, they are seeking to expand their talented team. The Chief of Staff will serve as the CEO's primary support, taking on a high-impact, high-ownership role. This position involves leading strategic projects across various departments, including people/talent, operations, go-to-market, and product. The Chief of Staff will collaborate with the leadership team to identify critical challenges and spearhead initiatives to address them. This role is central to the organization, interacting with all functions.
Requirements
- Experience working as Chief of Staff in a startup/scaleup, or a founding role with multiple hats
- Strong ownership mindset: ability to work with independence and high autonomy, not needing to wait for guidance
Nice To Haves
- Entrepreneurial background (ex-founder) would be a great advantage
Responsibilities
- Own strategic projects across the organization, including people/talent, operations, GTM, product and more.
- Work closely with the wider leadership to find key problems and lead the efforts to solve these.
