About The Position
The current ad market is inefficient, relying on outdated methods and manual effort. Polynomic is revolutionizing performance marketing with an AI-powered agentic platform. We aim to build autonomous, intelligent systems that help brands find the most profitable ways to grow their revenue through ads, eliminating the need for expensive agencies or extensive manual optimization. Founded by experienced professionals from Google Ads, Google Research, Citadel, and Two Sigma, Polynomic is a well-funded seed-stage startup with a strong team and existing high-growth consumer brand customers.
Requirements
- Demonstrated unusually strong ability and pace through previous experience
- Started own company or worked in a high-performance environment in banking, consulting, investing, high-growth startups, or ad agencies for at least 4 years
- Extremely organized, with a bias to action, and thrive in ambiguity
- Great communicator, showing up as warm and competent in both writing and verbally
- Quantitative aptitude, very comfortable with SQL and analyzing data
- AI-native, use AI to create leverage in own workflows, and very comfortable with data
- Obsess over the details and care deeply about delivering value to customers
- Care about the problem of running efficient digital ads and recognize their impact on global commerce
Responsibilities
- Lead customer success operations: oversee onboarding, implementation, and account health for key clients, stepping in directly when needed to ensure white-glove service
- Own operations and special projects end-to-end: events, partnerships, launches, announcements, case studies, hiring coordination, and whatever else the business needs
- Lean heavily on AI to automate and replace manual workflows wherever they slow you down.
- Champion a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence across the team
- Fill gaps - do whatever it takes to help Polynomic and our customers succeed, even when it doesn't fit neatly into a job description
