Chief of Staff

TuvoliNashua, NH

About The Position

Tuvoli is a fast-growing aviation fintech platform streamlining private jet charter sales, booking, and payments for brokers and operators through a bank-integrated, real-time digital checkout and payment infrastructure. The Chief of Staff will act as a force-multiplier to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, improving execution across the leadership team, and creating operating leverage as the company scales. This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on: you’ll bring structure to ambiguity, turn priorities into plans, and ensure the organization is aligned and delivering against goals as we scale our financial infrastructure platform.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, product/program management, finance, or a high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment
  • Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize inputs, and drive decisions to closure
  • Strong program management skills: planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and execution under tight timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce clear, concise documents for executives and cross-functional teams
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and a willingness to do both strategic and tactical work
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort working with metrics, unit economics, and operational KPIs
  • Ability to build trust quickly across functions and levels, including with senior leaders

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in fintech/payments and an appreciation for operating in regulated environments (BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, third-party risk, audits) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a force multiplier for the CEO: help set priorities, prepare for key meetings, and ensure follow-through on critical decisions
  • Drive company operating rhythm (weekly leadership meetings, OKR/goal tracking, quarterly planning, and executive communications)
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution—clarifying scope, owners, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Create high-quality written materials: memos, board/leadership updates, decision documents, and internal announcements
  • Build lightweight processes that improve execution without adding unnecessary overhead; continuously refine how the team works
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to unblock work and resolve tradeoffs quickly
  • Establish clear visibility into progress and risks through dashboards, KPI reporting, and structured status updates
  • Support strategic planning: market/competitive research, customer and partner insights, and business case development
  • Coordinate sensitive or high-impact workstreams (e.g., partner escalations, incident retrospectives, regulatory readiness, or launch readiness) as needed
  • Model strong judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary and market leading benefits package
  • Direct access and mentorship with a tenured CEO that is also a leading industry voice
  • A genuinely differentiated mission: modernizing an industry that has been running on wire transfers and handshake deals for decades
