Visit us at: www.accenture.com/song About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized and driven Chief of Staff to support senior leadership on key account for Accenture Song—one of our most dynamic and high-visibility clients. This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who wants exposure to integrated marketing, client strategy, and agency operations. In this role, you’ll act as a central connector across account management, creative, media, and strategy teams. You’ll help ensure priorities are aligned, and leadership is equipped with the insights and materials needed to drive impactful work for our client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience (internships or entry-level roles in advertising, marketing, consulting, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and presentation tools (PowerPoint / Keynote)
  • Ability to use latest AI tools and find efficiencies to keep the team better organized
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or experience at an advertising agency or working on large enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with integrated campaigns (digital, social, content, media, experiential)
  • Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Monday.com)
  • Interest in technology and/or B2B marketing

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing client-facing presentations, status updates, and larger all staff meetings
  • Plan quarterly F2F meetings with senior leadership- everything from agenda setting to client entertainment to travel.
  • Proactively manage senior leadership travel schedules and facilitate communications while traveling.
  • Coordinate information from cross-functional teams (creative, media, analytics, production) to drive visibility into projects help identify risks, flag bottlenecks, and schedule meetings to help escalate in real time
  • Support travel budget tracking on a quarterly basis with the PMO team
  • Facilitate internal meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-ups
  • Ensure alignment between internal teams and Intel stakeholders on priorities and deadlines
  • Help translate client feedback into clear internal actions
