Chief of Staff

SALT Dental PartnersPhoenix, AZ
Hybrid

About The Position

The Chief of Staff serves as the CEO's primary execution partner, ensuring that SALT's highest-priority initiatives move from vision to completion on time, on budget, and with full organizational alignment. This is not a coordination role. This person owns outcomes. Operating across 250+ locations in 20+ states and growing fast, the bar is high and the opportunity to make an outsized impact never stops. The right person thrives in ambiguity, operates with CEO-level discretion, and can shift seamlessly from building a board deck to running a cross-functional working session to drafting a partner doctor communication, all in the same week.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or chief of staff roles
  • Exceptional writer and communicator - can build a board deck and a town hall script with equal fluency
  • Project management discipline - not just organized, but systems-oriented
  • High EQ - trusted by doctors, operators, and investors alike
  • Operates with CEO-level discretion and judgment at all times
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where the playbook is still being written

Nice To Haves

  • Background in PE-backed healthcare, DSO, or high-growth multi-site services strongly preferred
