CardlessSan Francisco, CA
$150,000 - $235,000Onsite

About The Position

You will work extremely closely with, and act as a force multiplier to the CEO, taking on the hardest, most complex, and most interdisciplinary problems to ensure the company runs well and WINS. The role progresses from shadowing the CEO to understand the business, to solving your first problem, and then taking on increasingly complex and impactful problems. Over time, you may specialize in a specific area, help launch a new business line, or even start your own company. This is an individual contributor role focused on developing problem-solving skills and learning CEO leadership skills. The company plans to hire multiple Chiefs of Staff. The role requires working very hard, with long hours often including Sundays but never Saturdays. It is a role that will push you to grow by facing unfamiliar problems that demand quick learning and continuous improvement.

  • Analytical and comfortable with data, with the ability to think intuitively.
