Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, product operations, BizOps, consulting, or other high-accountability operational or strategic roles.
• Experience standing up dashboards, complex roadmaps, and operating systems from scratch.
• Experience operating inside a product organization and understanding how products are scoped, built, measured, and shipped.
• Ability to distinguish a complete spec from an incomplete one, and identify if a slipping metric is a process vs. product problem.
• Quantitative skills: ability to get into data, pressure-test metric definitions, catch mathematical errors, and build a point of view on business levers.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels, spotting inefficiencies, errors, and opportunities.
• Ability to bring rigor without sacrificing speed.
• Ability to move quickly and deliver finished products at a high standard without a template.
• Ability to not be defined by one functional area and a desire to master all.
• Athlete's mindset: crave feedback and act on it, growth-oriented, thick skin, find-a-way mentality, urgency, confidence, and pride in work.
• Exceptional communication skills: ability to accurately represent a leader's voice and vision, write and speak clearly and concisely, surface information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to bring rigor to operating layers, drive a metrics-driven product strategy, optimize through AI implementation, and own high-impact special projects.
• Lead and own strategic product insights, cross-company metrics, EPD health, executive effectiveness, AI enablement, and special projects.
• Own our product operating system, providing structure and rigor to manage product execution and driving accountability across scope, specs, and PM-owned metrics.
• Partner with the CEO, PMs, and Head of Data to determine what moves the product and industry, building the quantitative picture of product growth to guide high-impact work and strategies.
• Create the source of truth for company metrics in partnership with functional leaders, build the machine that measures company movement, and find ways to accelerate with AI.
• Embed in leadership team meetings, propose agendas, guide discussions, and drive execution.
• Triage roadmaps, escalations, and requests before they reach the CEO, keep top priorities moving, and take on projects requiring speed and quality.
• Learn the CEO's voice and vision, and own team meeting and roadmap documents for company alignment.
• Figure out something entirely new for the world – a positive product that brings people's voices together to help everyone have a life filled with great friendships.
