About The Position

Foulger Pratt is a real estate investment and development firm with a multi-decade track record of building and managing high-quality assets across the mid-Atlantic and beyond. As the firm continues to grow its real estate portfolio, the Executive team is seeking a Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted right hand — managing the details of day-to-day executive support while also driving execution, discipline, and alignment across the organization.
