Chief of Staff
About The Position
Turbo AI is an AI education company with over 12 million users in less than 2 years. You upload your materials, we turn them into bite-sized lessons that make learning fast and actually fun. We're hiring a Chief of Staff: you'd be the glue. There's a long list of things that fall between people at a company moving this fast, and right now most of them just fall on the floor. We've needed someone to own them for a while. This role comes with a ton of autonomy, you'd have real latitude to decide what matters and go do it rather than waiting to be handed things. If you want range more than a title, you'll like it here.
Requirements
- A US undergrad degree
- Authorized to work in the US
- Genuinely strong communication — a lot of this job is talking to people and writing things down clearly
- Comfortable working with AI tools
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with creators or in marketing
- A good eye for design
- Experience using AI coding tools
Responsibilities
- Running interviews with people we're thinking about hiring
- Working with creators and helping with growth strategy. Our main growth channel is all organic UGC, with hundreds of creators on TikTok and Instagram
- Digging into product analytics to figure out what's actually happening
- Planning and hosting events at our New York office
- Interfacing with legal and accounting
- Talking to customers about what's good, what's bad, what's missing
- Handling a steady stream of unforeseen tasks
