Ten is debt-free, profitable, and the first B Corp listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM market), with plans to invest further in technology, including AI, to enhance its 'Growth Engine' strategy. This unique role offers rapid development, initially involving six months as Chief of Staff to the CEO in London, acting as a right-hand person with a focus on business development and client engagement. Following this, the candidate will relocate to the USA (New York or Las Vegas) to become the Head of Business Development for North America, leading strategic development in the region. In this capacity, the role will involve building relationships with leading banks, wealth managers, and premium brands to implement Ten-driven loyalty platforms, reporting to the Co-Founder & Group COO, and holding a leadership position on the Ten North America operating board with P&L and product development accountability.
