Requirements

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to ensure the delivery of organizational change and/or communications in a fast-growth multi-national business.
  • Ability to understand and connect with others' strategic objectives, tailoring communication to effect change.
  • Demonstrates first-rate emotional intelligence and adaptability in communicating with diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiator with ability to independently acquire clients.
  • Naturally inquisitive and analytical, adept at translating complex data and insights into clear, actionable communication.
  • Strong ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies, processes, and business areas.
  • Experience gained from management consulting, accounting, or FMCG firms.
  • Ability to grasp the bigger picture and develop insights from detailed numerical analysis.
  • Capable of working in ambiguous, unstructured environments with multiple competing priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Full right to work in the USA.
  • Full-time onsite in London for the first 6 months, followed by full-time onsite in New York or Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, focusing on business development and client engagement.
  • Act as an extension of the CEO, ensuring communication continuity and alignment.
  • Articulate complex concepts persuasively and concisely for diverse audiences.
  • Lead and manage CEO-driven projects, including planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive change and transformation.
  • Conduct detailed analyses to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess strategy effectiveness, recommending adjustments.
  • Build a winning sales strategy for North America, targeting US banks, wealth managers, and Fortune 500 brands.
  • Optimize go-to-market approaches for revenue and profitability.
  • Implement consultative, value-based selling processes and sales technologies for high-value deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and deepen relationships in financial services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Drive significant revenue growth by closing multi-year contracts valued at $1M+.
  • Partner with executive leadership, marketing, proposition, and product teams to align strategies.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Recruit, inspire, and develop exceptional sales talent.
