The Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Florida is committed to delivering the highest quality primary and consultative care to a diverse patient population while advancing the field through scholarship, innovation, and education. The Division serves as a cornerstone of the Department of Medicine, providing comprehensive ambulatory care, supporting a broad range of trainees, and advancing research in health services, population health, quality improvement, and chronic disease management. GIM supports a robust training environment, including residency education in internal medicine, clerkship education for medical students, and opportunities for faculty to develop clinical, educational, and research careers in an academically rigorous setting. The Chief will oversee divisional clinical, educational, research, and administrative programs while leading continued growth and innovation across the Division's missions and advancing excellence in patient care, scholarship, and faculty development.
