About The Position
The Management Department at the University of Florida Warrington College of Business seeks to fill two tenured/tenure-track positions at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor. The focus of these roles is on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) and Business Management. The department is looking for individuals who conduct high-quality research publishable in top-tier management journals. One position will focus on AI/ML and strategic management, while the other will focus on AI/ML and organizational behavior/human resource (OB/HR) management. Successful candidates will be expected to teach effectively in strategic management or OB/HR, including AI/ML-focused courses, and mentor PhD students for placement in research-focused universities.
Requirements
- Must have or anticipate receiving a PhD in related fields of study before August 2027.
- For degrees earned outside the United States, a professional credentialing service evaluation approved by NACES is required.
- Final candidates will be required to provide official transcripts to the hiring department upon hire.
