This role provides 24/7 leadership accountability for: Clinical quality and patient safety Nursing workforce performance and engagement Regulatory compliance and evidence-based practice Resource and financial management The CNO partners with executive leadership, the medical staff, and the governing board to advance organizational strategy and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
