The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) sets the vision and strategy for patient care, clinical services, and caregiver experience in the hospital (nursing, physician, operations) structure. In addition, the CNO provides clinical leadership and consultation to business divisions within the hospital (e.g., Finance, IT, Supply Chain) and is responsible for driving execution of region and enterprise strategic initiatives and key performance indicators to enable best-in-class performance in the core domains of safety, quality, patient experience, access, equity, engaged caregivers, stewardship, and growth.
