About The Position
A medical facility located near Newton, KS is seeking a full-time Chief Nursing Officer to join its growing team. The Chief Nursing Officer oversees the entire system’s nursing professional practice and acts as the strategic "right-hand" to the Medical Director. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing standards, policies, and clinical procedures, promoting clinical excellence and high levels of staff engagement. Additionally, the Chief Nursing Officer facilitates opportunities for staff education, training, and professional development, emphasizing safety and compassionate care.
Requirements
- RN license
- Master’s degree and at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting OR Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
Responsibilities
