About The Position

Requirements

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine (ABIM or AOBIM).
• Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Enhance communication between residents, attending faculty, and technical, administrative, and clerical staff.
• Act as an advocate for the resident staff and promote resident interests in conjunction with program needs and functions.
• Coordinate resident rotation and call schedules, conferences, orientation programs, social functions, applicant interviews, resident involvement in student teaching, and maintain resident morale.
• Fulfill responsibilities as delineated by the Program Director.
