Behavioral Healthcare Partners (BHP) is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer to provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for all clinical programs and services. This role involves leading and developing clinical directors and other clinical leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. The Chief Clinical Officer will drive quality improvement, clinical innovation, and organizational performance, ensuring compliance with CARF, OhioMHAS, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other applicable regulatory standards. This position requires collaboration with executive leadership to advance BHP's strategic goals and organizational growth, building strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to expand access to high-quality behavioral healthcare. The role also supports clinical program development, operational planning, and responsible financial stewardship. Since 1955, BHP has been improving and saving lives by providing integrated mental health and addiction treatment services throughout Central Ohio.
