About The Position

As Chief Clinical Officer, you will provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for all clinical programs and services. You will lead and develop Clinical Directors and other clinical leaders while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. This role drives quality improvement, clinical innovation, and organizational performance, ensuring compliance with CARF, OhioMHAS, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other applicable regulatory standards. You will collaborate with executive leadership to advance BHP's strategic goals and organizational growth, and build strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to expand access to high-quality behavioral healthcare. Additionally, you will support clinical program development, operational planning, and responsible financial stewardship.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline
  • Current Ohio independent licensure (LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LICDC-CS)
  • Minimum of five years of progressive clinical leadership experience
  • Experience leading behavioral healthcare programs and supervising clinical leaders
  • Valid Ohio driver's license

  • Experience with CARF accreditation, OhioMHAS requirements, and Medicaid-funded services
