About The Position

Chicken Production Assistants prepare, package, and label product for display and sale. This position will require use of the slicer machine to slice chicken for various departments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years and older
• Great customer service

• Safely use/operate meat wrapper

Responsibilities

• Review production plan
• Execute production based on established guidelines
• Package and label poultry products for display
• Use Slicer Machine to slice Chicken
• Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Assist in other duties, as assigned
