About The Position

The Chicken Catcher is responsible for catching and loading chickens in a timely, efficient, and safe manner. This role involves using proper lifting and loading techniques, operating catching and loading equipment safely, and adhering to the company's animal welfare policy and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to constantly lift 30 lbs. for the duration of the work shift.
• Must be able to bend, squat, and kneel for the duration of the work shift.
• Must follow the animal welfare policy.
• Must be able to work safely and follow company standards, guidelines, and policies.
• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Catch and load chickens using proper lifting and loading techniques.
• Operate catching and loading equipment using proper techniques and procedures to ensure safe handling of birds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
