About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position for UND students only, offering $15.00 per hour and 10–20 hours of work per week. Team members work in the kitchen, at the front counter, and in cleaning and dishwashing duties. The role involves preparing food to order, assembling sandwiches, serving customers, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and completing other assigned tasks. Applicants must be available during both daytime and nighttime hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food to order, including assembling sandwiches in a timely manner.
Take customer orders, serve customers at counters or tables, and ensure order accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas.
Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils; wash dishes.
Operate large-volume cooking equipment.
Verify food meets quality and quantity expectations.
Follow food order slips or verbal instructions to prepare and cook food accordingly.
Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
Measure ingredients required for specific food items.
Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer while handling multiple orders simultaneously.
Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and cleanup.
Check products and restock items to maintain sufficient supplies throughout the shift.
Follow franchise policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
