Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to work overtime & weekends as required.
Responsibilities
- Processes inbound deliveries of chemicals and raw materials.
- Schedules dock appointments for incoming deliveries.
- Unloads the raw materials and stages for sampling.
- Performs put-aways of raw materials in the appropriate inventory location.
- Reviews documentation and receives raw materials and chemicals into our enterprise system.
- Coordinates with the appropriate departments to process receipts and resolves any issues related to deliveries.
- Cleans in-place (CIP), cleans out-of-place (COP) and sanitizes any associated piping, fittings, pumps and other related equipment used in process of unloading bulk tankers.
- Operates powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment in accordance with established safety procedures, completes daily checklists and notifies the proper individuals of needed repairs.
- Maintains raw material and chemical inventory.
- Investigates inventory related issues and transaction errors.
