Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 2+ years preferred in chemical processing or comparable manufacturing.
  • Comfort with computers and MS Office.
  • Effective English communication (read/write/speak) and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Drug screening required during the pre-employment process.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect containers inside and out before any fill per the Container Inspection & Filling SOP.
  • Clean and ready reactors before production following GMP SOPs for recordkeeping and equipment cleaning/inspection.
  • Wear and use required PPE while filling and mixing as specified in the Production Worksheet and PPE Certifications.
  • Verify product quality standards are met, including filtration of liquid products before release.
  • Keep production areas safe and clean; champion Hydrite's Standard of Excellence.
  • Pre-inspect tank trucks prior to loading/unloading in line with Tank Truck Bulk Loading and Tank Truck Unloading SOPs.
  • Review all documents before any load/unload activity per Tank Truck Loading, Tank Truck Unloading, and Railcar Unloading SOPs.
  • Confirm raw materials and order of addition by reviewing production schedules and Batch Records.
  • Execute tote cleaning procedures; record service and testing data in the Prism tote tracking system.
  • Complete weekly zone inspections (as assigned), filter logs, all other logs, and submit inspection checklists on schedule.
  • Use Catalyst weekly to complete assigned training and SOP reviews; attend all required classes.
  • Support Emergency Response Team participation and required RCRA, regulatory, safety, and process trainings.
  • Open Maximo work requests for equipment that needs repair.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Shift Supervisor.
