About The Position

AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to operate the mixing, storage, and maintenance of its chemical and fertilizer building efficiently and accurately. The operator works independently and as part of a team and assists with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Work assignments vary throughout the week and by season. The role includes in-house paid CDL and equipment training, with opportunities to develop skills and pursue a career path through job experience and company-provided training.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
• Some mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning about equipment operation and maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical and fertilizer mixing and storage activities.
• Maintain the chemical and fertilizer building.
• Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team.
