Chemical/Fertilizer Mix Plant Operator
About The Position
AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Chemical/Fertilizer Mix Plant Operator to operate the mixing, storage, and maintenance of the chemical and fertilizer building efficiently and accurately. The role involves working independently and as part of a team, assisting with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations, and completing assignments that vary throughout the week and season. AGRILAND FS provides in-house paid CDL and equipment training and company-provided training programs to support employees’ development and career growth. Requirements
- Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
- Some mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning about equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Operate the mixing, storage, and maintenance of the chemical and fertilizer building.
- Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations.
- Work independently and with a team.
- Complete work assignments that vary throughout the week and season.
