Requirements

• Manufacturing, blending, chemical processing, or related production experience.
• Ability to accurately distinguish colors.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to regularly lift 50–70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, weigh, and measure raw materials.
• Blend batches according to batch tickets and product specifications.
• Color match products to customer requirements.
• Clean and prepare mixing vessels and equipment.
• Monitor raw material inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
